Modification and Cancellation Policy

Notification Requirements: To cancel or change a reservation, agents must submit a written confirmation during office hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and Saturday (excluding Fridays and official holidays). Fees Structure: Cancellation or modification fees are determined based on the timing of the request. These fees escalate as the travel date nears, reaching up to 100% of the booking cost as the date approaches. Program Adjustments: Tour inclusions and exclusions are predetermined. Should you wish to modify your itinerary while on tour, please contact your agent promptly to discuss available options, subject to additional charges. Cancellation Timeline - Early Notice: Cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled travel date, before noon on a working day (not on a holiday), will result in a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellation Timeline - Late Notice: If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the travel date, the full booking amount is non-refundable. Flight Delays: In the event of a flight delay, rebooking for another date or postponement is permitted for an additional fee. Specific terms and fees will be communicated at the time of the request. Failure to Notify: Clients failing to notify of a cancellation will be charged 100% of the total deposit, with no refunds. Non-Refundable Reservations: Refunds are not available for cancellations or changes to non-refundable bookings such as flights and some hotels. Each situation will be evaluated individually. When you submit information through Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, your data is used only for the purpose stated in the advertisement, in compliance with Meta policies, without combining it with unrelated third-party data or using it beyond the agreed service without additional consent. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain business records, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or withdraw consent for the use of your data and may request information about how it is processed at any time. You may opt out of promotional communications through email, WhatsApp, or direct contact, while essential service-related communications may still be sent.
