Following a delicious breakfast, meet your personal Egyptologist guide for a day steeped in history. Stand before the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, and take in the enigmatic Sphinx statue. Experience a memorable camel ride with panoramic desert views. Later, delve into the ancient treasures housed within The Egyptian Museum of Cairo, home to the golden artifacts of Tutankhamun and other priceless relics. Enjoy a flavorful Egyptian lunch at a local eatery before returning to your hotel for a leisurely evening.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to the ancient city of Luxor. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to your elegant Nile cruise ship. Enjoy lunch on board before setting out to marvel at the temples on Luxor’s East Bank. Explore the vast Karnak Temple complex with its monumental columns and sacred halls, then visit the celebrated Luxor Temple linked by the avenue of sphinxes. Return to your ship for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay in Luxor.

Start your morning with a hearty breakfast on board, then set out to explore Luxor’s West Bank. Descend into the Valley of the Kings and discover the beautifully decorated tombs of pharaohs, including King Tutankhamun. Visit the impressive mortuary temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, dramatically carved into the cliffs, and pause at the towering Colossi of Memnon, guardians of ancient Thebes. After your tour, return to the cruise ship for lunch and begin your voyage toward Edfu. Savor dinner onboard as the scenery drifts by.

Following breakfast, set out by horse-drawn carriage to Edfu Temple, one of Egypt’s most complete and impressive Ptolemaic temples. After exploring its grand halls and intricate carvings, return to the ship and enjoy lunch as you sail to Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, visit the unique riverside Kom Ombo temple devoted to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus the Elder. Admire the perfectly symmetrical architecture, ancient surgical implements, and mummified crocodiles on display. Revel in dinner and a restful night as the cruise heads for Aswan.
